This page showcases the work of Philadelphia High School students at Science Leadership Academy.

Social Studies teacher Pearl Jonas was motivated by the history she learned on one of our walking tours and she developed a new unit on Abolition.
​
As part of that work, her class visited the Historical Society of Pennsylvania and we took them on a walking tour.
​
Thier assignment was to develop a project based on what they learned. Below please find a sampling of these incredibly creative projects.
